When you request to redeem a digital collectible for its physical counterpart, our system generates a unique Order ID for your shipment. You will often need this ID if you need to contact support regarding your delivery.
Locating Your Order ID
Currently, your Order ID is only available within the automated confirmation email sent immediately after your redemption request is successfully submitted. It is not yet visible within your Volt account dashboard.
To find it:
Step 1: Open the inbox of the email address associated with your Volt account.
Step 2: Search for the Shipping Order confirmation email sent by Volt.
Step 3: Open the email and locate the Order no listed alongside your redemption details.
Note: If you do not see the confirmation email in your primary inbox shortly after submitting your request, please be sure to check your Spam or Junk folder.
