If you have withdrawn funds from your Volt balance but they haven't appeared in your wallet, you can follow the steps below to identify the issue and what to do next.
-
Sign in to your Volt account, click your profile, then click the copy button under Account ID.
- Go to the Ronin Explorer and paste the Account ID into the search bar. Click the Transfers tab and check the recent USDC transfer transaction coming from the Account ID to the wallet address you entered during the withdrawal, and click it.
Confirm that the To address matches your personal blockchain wallet address or the specific deposit address provided by your exchange.
- If you can't find any USDC transfer transaction coming from your Account ID to your intended receiving wallet address, this usually happens if the wrong address was entered during the withdrawal process. Unfortunately, in these cases, the funds are unrecoverable; only the owner of the address that received the tokens can access them.
- If the funds were sent to the correct address, this confirms that the address successfully received the funds, and you can proceed with Step 4.
- Depending on where you sent the funds, please follow the appropriate step below:
- If you sent funds to a personal blockchain wallet (e.g., MetaMask): If your wallet doesn't show the funds, it is likely because you haven't added the Ronin Network to that wallet yet. You can access your funds by downloading the Ronin Wallet and importing your seed phrase/private key or by manually adding Ronin as a custom network to your wallet settings using these details:
Network Name: Ronin Mainnet
RPC URL: https://api.roninchain.com/rpc
Chain ID: 2020
Currency Symbol: RON
Block Explorer: https://app.roninchain.com/- If you sent funds to an exchange (e.g., Binance, Coins.ph): Check if the exchange explicitly supports USDC on the Ronin Network. If the exchange supports the network but the funds aren't showing—or if they don't support the network at all—you must contact their support team to recover your funds as only they have access to the wallet address where the funds are sent.
