Volt Marketplace is committed to maintaining the integrity of every collectible traded on our platform. While we operate a manual fulfillment model, we provide the following guidelines to ensure that both parties are protected should a dispute arise.
Redemption Delivery Opening Guidance
To ensure a smooth resolution process if an item arrives in an unexpected condition, we strongly advise owners to document the arrival of their package.
Recommended Unboxing Procedure:
- Pre-Check: Before opening, it is recommended to record a 360-degree view of the sealed package to show that the carrier’s seal has not been tampered with.
- Continuous Recording: We suggest filming the unboxing in a single, continuous, and uncut shot.
- Clear Visibility: It is helpful to ensure the shipping label is clearly legible in the video frame.
Inspection: We encourage you to inspect the item immediately upon removal from the packaging while the camera is still recording.
Disputes must be filed within 30 days after the parcel is shipped. Once this timeframe expires, the redemption is marked final and no further claims can be opened.
Dispute Requirements
In the event of an issue, the following items are recommended to be submitted via the Volt Support Portal to help our team reach a fair resolution.
- Box Opening Video: Single uncut shot showing the sealed package, shipping label, and the reveal of the item.
- High-Resolution Condition Photos: Clear shots of the damage, fake card indicators, or incorrect items.
- Description: A brief, factual explanation of the problem.
- Order Info: Your Volt Order Number and Customer ID.
Platform Refund Guideline
In the event that a dispute results in a refund:
- Volt Support determines the current Market Price via multiple well-known sources such as TCGPlayer, PriceCharting, etc.
- Both parties are emailed the decided price
- The Retailer and Owner have 3 days to accept/dispute the price.
- Once agreed upon, the Retailer sends the agreed amount directly to the Owners’s wallet and provides the Transaction Hash as proof.
