Opening a Mystery Pack on Volt is a straightforward process. Once your packs are opened, you have full control over whether to keep or sell your pulled items directly from the results screen.
Opening a Mystery Pack
Step 1: Navigate to the Packs page and select a pack to open.
Step 2: Select the desired quantity of packs to open, then click Spin to open the packs.
Step 3: Wait for the animation, then click on the card[s] or click Quick pick to reveal what you got.
Claiming Items
To keep an item for your collection:
Step 1: Select the item[s] and click Add [X] item to inventory on the results screen.
Step 2: The item will then be marked as Claimed.
Claimed items are immediately available on your Inventory page, where they can be listed for sale on the marketplace or redeemed for physical counterparts.
Selling Back Items
To instantly sell an item back to the platform for 90% of its listed value:
Step 1: Select the item[s] and click Sell back [X] item for $XX on the results screen.
Step 2: The item will then be marked as Sold.
The funds will be added to your account balance shortly.
Note on Auto Sell-back: If you configured the Auto Sell Back feature prior to spinning, any items falling below your set threshold will be automatically processed and indicated as Auto Sold on the results screen.
24-Hour Sell Back Period
You do not have to make an immediate decision on the results screen. Volt provides a 24-hour period to review your pulled items later and decide whether to claim or sell them back.
Any items left unselected on the results screen can be found in your profile under the Sell back offer tab.
You have 24 hours from the time of opening to review these items and select either claim or sell back.
If the 24-hour window expires without a selection, the system will automatically claim the items for you. They will be removed from the Sell back offer tab and placed directly into your main Inventory tab.
